Short Information – National Housing Bank (NHB) invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment to the post of AGM Various Posts on Regular Basis.

Note – Candidates who have applied for the positions pursuant to the Recruitment Advertisement No. NHB/HR & Admin./Recruitment/2019/06 dated 28.12.2019, which are re-advertised herein, need to apply afresh subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria stipulated herein.
Age Limit –
Between 32 to 50 Years.
Age relaxation is 03 Years for OBC (NON CREAMY LAYER)
Mandatory Educational/Professional Qualification and Post-qualification (As on 01.08.2020)-
AGM (Economy and Strategy)
Minimum/ Mandatory Educational/Professional Qualification –
Post Graduate degree in Economics.
Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D.
Minimum Post-qualification Experience –
3 years’ experience in Banks/Financial Institutions /Government Institutions / other public sector
institutions in the areas related to economic research or strategic planning. Relevant experience
in Banks/ Financial Institutions will be preferred.
AGM Management Information System (MIS)
Minimum/ Mandatory Educational/Professional Qualification –
Post Graduate degree in Statistics OR Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Operation Research.
Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D
Minimum Post-qualification Experience –
3 years’ experience in Banks / Financial Institutions / Government Institutions / other public sector institutions in the areas related to MIS / Data Analytics / forecasting. Relevant experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions will be preferred.
AGM (Human Resources)
Minimum/ Mandatory Educational/Professional Qualification –
Graduate degree in Personnel Management/ IRPM/ LLPM OR Graduate with MBA (HR) OR Graduate
with PG Diploma in HR / personnel management or equivalent.
Minimum Post-qualification Experience –
3 years’ experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions / Government Institutions / other public sector
institutions in the areas related to HR / Industrial Relations etc. Relevant experience in Banks/
Financial Institutions will be preferred.
Probation Period –
The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 1 year of active service from the date of his/her joining the Bank which is extendable at the discretion of the Bank.
Emoluments –
Consolidated Remuneration per month^ (in Rs.) (approx.) Rs 1,23,814/-
